The forests where walked the mighty cats of legend, Firestar, Bramblestar, Blackstar, Onestar, Crowfeather, Mothwing and Leopardstar, are long gone and almost forgotten. A new age has dawned for the warrior cats, a new age where the cats may finally walk away from the ashes of a broken world.
There was war between the two-legs. Two-legs monsters rolled through the forests and smashed trees to splinters. Their flying monsters roared across the sky and dropped huge grey stones that exploded and set the land on fire, leaving only grey ashes. The two-legs fought each other in the fields and set fire to each others nests.
Through this the warrior cats suffered. The prey fled the forest and the camps were destroyed. Desperate, the four clans joined together once again and traveled for many, many moons without pause, only seeking to get away from the two-leg's fighting. But wherever they went there was nothing but ashes from the exploding stones and grey areas where nothing grew.
Finally the clans found one place that was not destroyed by the wars. They settled here and escaped from the destruction. No two-leg has been seen for countless moons and as the new generation grows, it seems that the scars of the past might finally be healed.
However, the cats did not remain unchanged. They are not what they once were. Angered by their fate, the cats turned away from and forgot StarClan. The warrior code is not what it once was, but it is what the cat’s live by. And perhaps the most awful change of all are the uncats, grey cats, cats the color of the dead lands. Whether they be kits, warriors or elders, grey cats are extreme bad luck so say the clans. So any cat with a grey pelt is stripped of its name and banished forever.
